-Ample FREE parking available in the front and side of the building. -Ammunition sales inside the building. -Loading for dealers only on Friday set up day (12 noon till 8 PM) and Saturday 7am-9pm: Through the back, Just don't park on the ramps after you finish unloading!
-Dealer Tables: $60 for 6 foot table and $70 for 8 foot table combined Sales Tax Rate: 8.25%
LAKE CONROE KOA LODGES
The price of the one bedroom lodge is One Hundred Forty-Three Dollars and Sixty-One cents ($143.61) per night, plus tax and sleeps two individuals. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom.
A queen air bed with linens may be rented for Ten Dollars ($10.00) per stay.
The price of the two bedroom lodge is One Hundred Seventy-Four Dollars and Fifty-One cents ($174.51) per night, plus tax and sleeps six individuals. There is a queen size bed in one bedroom, a set of twin beds in the second bedroom, and a living room couch which opens into a queen size bed.
All lodges have full size appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave) and come with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, & pans. Bedroom and bathroom linens are also provided.
Call for special Sunday through Thursday mid-week rates.
